INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER COMPANY POLICY FOR PRO MUSIC STUFF (ebay handle promusicstuff)

We welcome your International Orders, and we will ship world wide. Due to the fraudulent use of Credit Cards in certain countries we will not ship to the following countries using any payment method: Brazil, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Africa, South Korea or other countries not accepted by our credit card approval service. We may void the transaction for any reason, including signs of fraud.

Telephone numbers are required on all International Orders to expedite prompt delivery.

The automatic shipping quotes and estimates from our web site or Ebay are for Continental US orders only and do not apply to International orders. Please email or call for Shipping Quotes on International Orders. We reserve the right to NOT ship items that are TOO LARGE or TOO HEAVY for shipping outside the Continental US.

    DUTY AND TAXES

  • We do not collect Duty or Taxes on International Orders. We are not responsible to calculate or collect Duties or Taxes for countries outside the United States of America.

  • It is the purchasers responsibility to obtain information on duties, tariffs or taxes that may or may not be assessed on his or her purchase.

  • So that Pro Music Stuff and its customers are both protected from items damaged during shipment or theft while in transit we will be insuring items for the sale price as stated at time of sale.

PAYMENTS

  • PayPal. We accept PayPal and require that International PayPal customers have Verified PayPal accounts.

  • Credit Cards. We accept Credit Card payments at our office in Orlando between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. VISA, MC, American Express or Discover. Please call for approval at 1-407-264-0004

  • Western Union. We accept payments through Western Union or you can use their website for payments. www.bidpay.com.

  • International Money Orders or Cashiers Checks are accepted on International Orders in US Funds.

RETURNS

  • International buyers please make sure that you understand the description of the item you are bidding on. If you have any questions about an item please email for clarification.

  • Because of the high cost of shipping Overseas our return policy does not include refunding the cost of shipping either way. We will refund the item price but neither the shipping to or the return shipping cost. Items returned damaged or altered will not be refunded.
