    RETURN POLICY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • Defective merchandise must be reported to us immediately within 48 hours of receipt. THERE IS NO RESTOCKING FEES ON DEFECTIVE ITEMS.

  • You must call to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The number to call is 407-264-0004. Items returned without an RA# will be refused.

  • You will be shipped a replacement by us immediately, or a full refund will be made.

RETURN POLICY NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • We have an experienced knowledgeable staff that will help you make the right decisions before you buy.

  • In the event that you wish to return Non-defective Merchandise for any reason it must be reported to us within 15 days of receipt and the purchaser is responsible for the return shipping and insurance.

  • Upon return of item we will refund the purchase price or issue store credit.
  • For credit card purchases, we will credit back only to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase.

  • Merchandise must be in original condition, with all packing materials, manual and other original components intact, in the original packaging. We reserve the right to charge for missing manuals, packaging, power supplies, cables or other original items not returned.
  • The Customer is responsible to pay all return freight charges except in instances where the product was damaged in shipping.
  • A Refund or EXCHANGE will be issued only AFTER the product(s) are returned with all original contents, PACKING MATERIALS and in the same condition as at the time of purchase from Pro Music Stuff, Inc. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Due to Legal and health restrictions we can not accept the return of harmonicas, reeds, mouthpieces and microphones unless product is defective.

  • We do not collect Duty or Taxes on International Orders. We are not responsible to calculate or collect Duties or Taxes for countries outside the United States of America.

  • It is the purchasers responsibility to obtain information on duties, tariffs or taxes that may or may not be assessed on his or her purchase.

  • So that Pro Music Stuff and its customers are both protected from items damaged during shipment or theft while in transit we will be insuring items for the sale price as stated at time of sale.
